the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, i was grateful. the front office staff was very accommodating and helpful with all my requests. the location was convenient, close to public transport options.
The room i initially received was quite small. There was barely enough space to move around. the view from my first room was not appealing. It looked out onto a dirty alleyway. the towels provided were also quite small. I think it would be better with larger ones.

the staff was very helpful. especially, mr orhan was kind and patient. he assisted with our requests , and his warm welcome stood out.
the room i was in had two beds for a single person , and it felt a bit cramped. there wasn't much room to move around , and it would have been nice to have a chair and desk.

the breakfast had a wonderful view from the 8th floor. i enjoyed the sunsets while dining there. the location was great. it was a short walk to the aksaray tram station and made getting around easy.
the room smelled strongly of cleaning products. i noticed this especially on the sheets. the water flow in the sink was difficult to adjust. it was hard to get a consistent temperature.

They provided really good service. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to public transportation options like the tramway and metro.
I found that the room size was smaller than expected. This made it difficult to store luggage and move around comfortably.

The room included standard amenities and daily cleaning services were provided. The bed was comfortable and linens were fresh. However , the room felt somewhat small , limiting space for luggage and movement.

The reception staff were very attentive and addressed my requests promptly. Mr Orhan and Mrs Nurten were especially helpful , providing assistance with directions and local information. Overall , the service was efficient and courteous.
